How to Book

We understand booking a remote backcountry experience is a big commitment. We strive to make our trips easy to view, understand and reserve leaving you with one thing to do - pack your bags!


Trips for the 2024/2025 winter season are currently live and ready to book. For future dates, we recommend securing your space as early as possible as trips book out quickly. We plan to launch our 2025/2026 season in summer 2024. Sign up for our newsletter to ensure you don't miss out on launch day!


Single spaces and lodge takeovers can be booked directly on our website or by contacting our office. Filter trips based on your available dates, number of guests or lodge takeover to see what options are available. If you are interested in a private ski experience, contact our office.


Once you have found a trip that works in your schedule, proceed with the online booking process or contact our office directly to secure your reservation. Please note all bookings will require you to complete and upload our waiver of liability and select your backcountry ability level.

Protect your investment.

Once you have placed a deposit for your trip with Weber Powder, our cancellation terms apply.

We highly recommend all guests traveling with Weber Powder acquire travel insurance within 72 hours of confirming your reservation, covering trip cancellation, trip interruption, and air ambulance medical evacuation. For non-residents of Canada, we encourage you to check you have sufficient medical insurance coverage.  

Contact our preferred provider Acera Insurance for a quote.  Trip Cancellation/Interruption Insurance typically costs about 6% of your trip price.
