Food & Beverage

From farm (and wild) to table.

Embracing a farm-to-table ethos, our culinary team meticulously selects and sources fresh, locally produced ingredients from Canada.

Daily culinary journey.

Espresso Bar: Although it may be slightly unconventional to have a commercial grade espresso machine perched at 2200M in the backcountry, it was the first Weber addition added to the 2024 renovation plans. Serving freshly roasted beans, visit your resident barista as the sun rises. For those who do not drink coffee, hot chocolate, chai, teas and matcha are also available.

Breakfast: Select from a diverse range of hot and cold options to energize your day amidst the mountains. Whether you prefer fresh fruits, granola, and yoghurt, or the beloved classic of bacon, eggs, and toast, there's something to satisfy every morning palate.

Backpack Bites: Stuff your pack each morning with a choice of up-track fuel from freshly baked cookies, granola bars to sweets and more.

Lunch: Rotating daily, your sandwich selection will be made in the morning and ready for you to pack into the backcountry with the option of a small thermos of miso soup. Enjoy your sandwich along with any backpack bites midday on the mountain.

Après-ski: Upon returning to the lodge, refuel with a selection of hearty eats to keep your hunger at bay until dinner. Best enjoyed with friends over a pint of local lager recounting the days adventures.

Dinner: Indulge in a flavourful three-course dinner that highlights our chef's expertise and the abundant ingredients sourced from across Canada. Our dinners alternate between family-style and plated presentations, but one thing remains constant: you'll always leave thoroughly satisfied. Wine pairings available upon request, see our note on alcohol below.

Alcohol at the lodge.

Just as Western Canada is a hub for amazing growers, we are also home to a number of world class vineyard and microbreweries. Available for purchase during your trip, choose from a diverse selection of BC wines and beer on tap. Have something specific you would like during your stay? Let us know in advance and we will arrange to have it at the lodge during your trip. We also stock a modest selection of non-alcoholic beers at the lodge.

Allergies & Dietary Preferences.

Our dedicated culinary team can accommodate most allergies and dietary restrictions when given proper notice. Menus are often prepared in advance based on seasonal produce and availability so we ask that you share any and all dietary information at the time of booking. Still have questions, reach out to our team!
