Jess is the creative genius behind every dish at Weber Powder.  Born and raised on a farm in British Columbia, Jess has a passion for locally sourced products and works closely with farmers across Western Canada to bring the best possible ingredients to the table.  Paired with 20+ years of experience in the industry, we are confident you will leave enjoying the flavours of Western Canada. 

Fun Fact:  Jess tracks wildfire behaviour which leads her to the best mushroom foraging locations in British Columbia.
